These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.strategicbilling.net (the "Site"), operated by Strategic Billing Enterprise, LLC ("SBE," "we," "us"), 107 Gilbreth Pkwy, Suite 103D, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational use only

The Site describes SBE and its services and provides general educational information about EMS billing and revenue cycle management. It is not legal, compliance, reimbursement, tax, or medical advice. Billing, coding, and regulatory requirements change and depend on your agency's specific facts, payers, and jurisdiction. Consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.

Using the Site, submitting the contact form, or corresponding with us does not create a client relationship. SBE provides services only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

Fees, payments, and refunds

No products or services are sold, and no payments are accepted, through the Site. The Site lists no prices, and a Billing Readiness Review or initial consultation requested through the Site does not commit you to any fee. Fees, invoicing, and any refunds or credits for SBE's services are set out solely in the written service agreement between SBE and each client. If you have a question about a charge under an agreement, contact us at the details below.

Your submissions

You agree that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, is yours to share, and does not include protected health information (PHI) or other patient information. Our handling of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false information, spam, or automated submissions;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or its database, or interfere with their operation; or
• copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, the SBE name and logo, the Billing Readiness Review materials, and the S.M.A.R.T. Principle™, is owned by SBE or used with permission and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use. Third-party names and logos, such as those of software partners, belong to their owners and appear on the Site with permission or for identification only.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available."
